Sacrificium is the 6th (future) recording studio album by German symphonic metal band Xandria. The tape is planned for launch on May 2, 2014 via Napalm Records.

In Latin, the word sacrificium indicates the efficiency of an act that provide anything sacer, ineffable. Sacrifice strengthened the forces and characteristics of godlike creatures, and likely them to make advantages in exchange (the principle of do ut des).

In accordance to your musical organization, the brand new record album will "carry on the music trip and way" of the past record album, Neverworld's End but "will deliver in even more of whatever individuals loved" about this.

The group has newly separated means along with their vocalist of three years, Manuela Kraller. She is changed with Dutch singer Dianne Van Giersbergen, who also fronts the advanced metal outfit Ex Libris.
